The secrets of Chick Pea Balls

Chick pea balls are a fairly simple recipe, but needs attention to a couple of details. First, to keep the nutrients on the plate and another very important tip is to choose good chickpeas. If the chickpea, like any legume, is over-seasoned, no matter how much you soak it, it will not soften as it should. Oh, and don’t be tempted to get pre-boiled canned chickpeas, the result will be disappointing.

You can also cook them in the oven for a healthier way and you don’t have to bother with oil, spatulas, kitchen paper to absorb the extra oil and “chaos” in the kitchen.
