Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika, smoked
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • sesame for serving

For the guacamole

  • 3 avocados, without skin and core
  • ¾ cup tomato, in small pieces
  • a few drops of Tabasco
  • 3 tablespoons onion, in small pieces
  • 3 tablespoons coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • juice of 1 lime
  • salt

Procedure

  1. Put the chicken wings in a bowl and add the olive oil, soy sauce, paprika, cayenne pepper, turmeric, curry and honey. Mix well, cover the wings with all the ingredients.
  2. Cover the bowl with cling film and leave in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 ℃. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper and spread the wings there. Bake in the oven for about 40-45 minutes, until be golden brown.
  4. A few minutes before you take them out of the oven, prepare the guacamole. Melt the avocado kernels in a bowl with a fork. Add the tomatoes, Tabasco, onion, coriander, lime juice, salt and mix well. Serve the wings hot and sprinkled with sesame seeds, accompanied by guacamole.

Tips

For a crispier result, you can bread the wings with sesame seeds before baking. In a bowl pour ½ cup sesame seeds and mix it with ½ teaspoon paprika sweet and ½ teaspoon salt. Once you take the wings out of the marinade, bread them only on one side with the sesame and place them in the pan, with the sesame side up. Continue the baking process as above.
